After hours support is available for customers under original warranty or those with an active service agreement that includes the 24/7 support option.  To reach us after hours call 800-601-6991 and dial extension 216.  Your call will be forwarded to an "on-call" technician for assistance.  For emergencies contact 214-783-1930 or 214-395-6351.
