Customer support is available via phone or email. Support hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Central Daylight Saving time Monday -
Friday. Please call 800-601-6991 for assistance.
After hours telephone support is available for customers under original warranty or those with an active service agreement that includes the 24/7 support option. To reach us after hours call 800-601-6991 and dial extension 216. Your call will be forwarded to an "on-call" technician for assistance. For emergencies contact 214-783-1930 or 214-395-6351. You can also complete the Support Request Form below for a quick response.
A new Customer Support Portal is now available to all customers and requires a user name and password that must be obtained in advance. Please contact Kim at 800-601-6991 or complete the form below with your request.
