MMDS CONFIGURATIONS
MMDS is available in a variety of configurations and suitable for every facility from clinics to large hospitals.  MMDS systems are designed for the specific needs of each facility with an eye toward the future to avoid obsolescence.  Popular configurations include:

• 4, 8 or 12 channel video on demand. Channel configurations can be mixed to include video on demand, scheduled programming and relaxation programming.
• A customized Welcome or Information Channel to provide guests, staff and patients with important news and information.
• A Patient Information Channel to display available titles, ordering instructions and other important information.
• Reporting capability that includes system reports on total usage, per patient documentation and optional interfaces for chart documentation at Nurse's Stations, as well as optional real-time updates to ADT and Electronic Medical Records.

MMDS offers five interface options:

• Scheduling by an Administrator
• Phone Interface for Patient or Staff access
• Pillow Speaker access (requires a multi-button interactive Pillow Speaker)
• Touch Screen Interface for Personal TV's
• Computer interface using a wireless keyboard
• Browser Interface for Staff PC's

• It's easy to load videotaped programming and DVD's into the system
• MMDS works with your existing infrastructure (i.e. cable, TV's, network, phone system)

• The system has a Survey and Testing option to survey patients as well as test their comprehension of any video program they watch.  Results can be sent to nursing for follow up and remedial attention if necessary.
• MMDS works with standard TV's, new digital LCD and HD sets as well as new touch screen TV's.
