Periodic maintenance on all of the computers and servers
in your system will extend their life and save you money
in the long run. Here are some tips on things you should
check or do with your system.
Check and clean the air filters in each computer at
least once a month. These filters may be in the front or
back of your computers and on the power supply. Use
compressed air from a can or compressor to blow the dust
and dirt away. Don't wash them in water.
Check the fans in each computer to make sure they are
functional and blowing air. Check for fans in the front
and rear as well as the power supplies of each computer.
If you find one that is not working give Field Service a

Check the recycle bins on your encoders and empty the
contents. You should probably do this weekly. For more
