| ADT and Patient Record HL7 Interface

Synergy Broadcast has an HL7 Interface protocol that can be used to automate the record keeping of patient education for your ADT and Patient Record system for Joint Commission. Each time a patient record is updated by the ADT system MMDS receives a notification. When any patient in the hospital selects and views an educational program we automatically update their Electronic Medical Record with the details that include the date, time and program title that was watched.
This guarantees that all patient records are up-to-date and reduces the manual updates that nurses may be doing now. This interface requires that we work with your ADT and EMR vendors as well as your IT staff to map the data fields. Informa Digital Bulletin Board

Informa is our graphics or character generator. This product can be used as a Welcome Channel, Video Catalog or General Messaging System for your hospital.
Informa can be installed to upgrade your existing CG to display instructions and titles in the Video Catalog or it can run in a stand-alone mode as a separate messaging system to post gift shop and food service hours, meetings and other important information. A web interface is available so personnel in other departments can be easily trained to update messages without having to use your staff for this process.
Informa can also be used as an education tool with patients. Educational information that might normally be delivered by paper can be converted to an Informa project that patients can order using their bedside telephone and view in their room.
