The Synergy Broadcast FireBird Digital Server is a multi-format, single channel, digital playback server designed to provide playback of multiple file formats with “on-board” graphics for cable access stations, information, Digital Signage and in-house channels.

FireBird is designed to manage the multiple formats you handle everyday.  MPEG2, DV and other formats playback seamlessly from FireBird’s multi-format platform.

MPEG2, DV, DVD-VOB and Windows Media files can be imported without encoding.  This simplifies the “prep” stage and workflow process to save you and your staff time and effort.

In addition to playback, the FireBird Server also includes the Synergy Broadcast Informa™ graphics player so you can assemble and display eye-catching graphics, logos, crawls and scrolls to enhance the image of your channel.  The Informa package includes all of the features of our regular Informa product as well as our rotating 3D cube, sphere and pyramid that can be used to enhance your logo and other on-screen graphics.  An optional Web Interface provides administrative staff with easy-to-use, password protected access to update Projects and data on meeting updates, emergency information and normal, everyday changes. 

Firebird's playback schedule runs using Synergy Broadcast Automation Software.
