About Us

Synergy Broadcast Systems began as TiltRac Corporation in Addison, TX in 1987. For over 20 years we have focused our efforts on solving problems and providing solutions for customers who have unique requirements regarding delivery, playback and viewing of video for education, information and entertainment. Early efforts focused on mechanical solutions using robotics. We migrated to digital solutions in the mid to late 1990's and changed our name July 1, 2003 to Synergy Broadcast Systems to better reflect our "turnkey" approach to solving customer problems.

We solve video delivery problems by listening to our customers and analyzing their current practices and workflow to develop turnkey video automation solutions that solve their unique problems to save time, save money, improve workflow, smooth out processes, provide added reduncancy and protection or make things simpler for their users.

Our systems are used in cable and broadcast stations including Public, Education, Government and Call Letter stations, K-12 education, Community Colleges and Universities and healthcare including hospitals, medical centers and clinics. Our turnkey approach is customized to each customer's specific requirements and is designed to solve their short-term problems but also provide a long-term and cost-effective migration path so they can expand when needed or integrate new technologies or formats as necessary.

Our solutions include systems for video on demand over coax or IP, digital signage or information channels, cable and broadcast automation, media conversion, archiving and media distribution. Our customers represent a wide variety of facilities and user needs and include small, single channel cable stations to large school districts with thousands of teachers.
